Os it cheating or not?

So I was having a discussion with someone and we were talking about how some spouses have Tinder accounts. Well the question came up that is you are watching someone masturbate and they are watching you over Skype or FaceTime, and they are not your SO, is that cheating? Technically you are not having sex with them, but it is a real person watching you. The someone I am talking with said it is no different than porn. I am all for watching porn, but do not think that watching someone else get off while they are watching you get off is like getting off while watching porn. What do you think?
