six week PP appt. exercise??

Has anyone who had a vaginal delivery not received the go ahead to workout during their six week PP appointment? If so, why?

Answer

Yes, because of diastasis recti. Separation of the abdominal muscles. I have to do only certain types of exercises until it improves.
