cramps 😡🤔
I'm about 7/8 dpo - due AF 19/12 and got slight dull achy cramp pains tonight? I've been on the pill for the past 10 years (been off them since October this year)
Does anyone else experience period pains a week in advance? I'm not one to experience them unless Day before I'm due on, maybe my body getting used to it's own rhythm again? Bit confused 😞
