I am 5weeks postpartum and we had a little fun with sex but we stopped cause we don't want to get pregnant again so soon. I had stitches but I'm all healed. My biggest thing was it didn't hurt, I didn't feel tight like I thought it would be. Now I'm doing more kegels cause I don't want to be loosey goosey down there. Anyone else feel like this am I crazy? In my culture I had to sit on boiling hot water to get everything back to normal, I feel like it failed me😓. Talk to me ladies, what did you guys experience and do to get it back to normal.
