My mom thinks I have a problem

So my way of loosing weight (specifically baby weight) is by trying to re shrink my stomach. So basically I don't eat unless I'm starving. So I pretty much eat 1-2 meals a day and then work out so I burn almost as much as I eat. It works for me. I don't think I have a problem. I am eating. I treat myself as long as I plan on working out after. I drink a ton of water which also fills me up. I take a multivitamin. I'm not breastfeeding anymore so I don't think it matters.
