Are you losing a lot of hair after delivery?

I can't even touch my head with out losing hand fulls of hair. Everyone keeps telling me it's normal after giving birth. Is anyone else going through the same thing?

At about 3-5 months PP I lost soooo much like i started getting bald patches it was soo bad. Then it just stopped and all grew back even thicker then before within a month.
