Implantation bleeding? Or Period?

I'm on cycle day 41...usually it's 29. I've taken 3 tests. All negative.

I thought I started my period about 5pm. I put a regular tampon in and just now took it out. I had to pee to get it out bc it was so dry. Even after 4 hours. I'm super constipated , so I've been sitting on the toilet for about 10min. I just wiped and that's what I got. It looks to me like clear discharge mixed with blood? Doesn't seem like a period to me?....anyone else experience "implantation bleeding" I've had 3 kids and never had that happen.  I took pregnancy tests before I even started my period and got poaitives. But I was supposed to start the 28th and I took 3 tests over the last 2 weeks and all 3 were negative....  what the heck?
