eating disorder
I think I might have one...not sure. My way of loosing weight is to basically only eat 1 light meal and 1 heavier meal a day. No snacks and lots of water. It's been working so far. If I had to guess it would be maybe 1000 calories a day at most and then my workout burns 350 of it. I feel great though ....is it really a problem???
Btw I'm not pregnant anymore or breastfeeding
