I need help 😢

Hey girls don't know how to start but I 'm 7 weeks pregnant and my doctor says that my baby is dead 😔 she didn't see any heartbeat in the doopler but she did many tests and they were good. So she gave me 5 days to retake the doopler scan and if there is no heartbeat she will give me pills to let go the baby 😭

Any ideas? Anyone had the same symptoms and the baby lived 😞 pls????
