Afterbirth weight loss
I've got a question for all the moms out there: how much weight did you gain in pregnancy and lose after? I'm currently 1 week pp and lost almost 30 lbs so far.. 😳 might want to add that I am breastfeeding and lost 20 lbs in my first and second trimester but gained 15 back in the last 2 or 3 months. One day pp I had only lost that 15 again but it keeps going down more and more everyday.
