period like cramps normal?

I'm 22w3d and having period like cramps.  It's intermittent but seems worse tonight. Anyone else experiencing this?

Ditto! Our insides are doing a tonnn of stretching and making room for little growing peanuts  but like she said as long as there's no bleeding I wouldn't stress it just put your feet up and breathe deep 😊

Sometimes cramping is worse because of dehydration, so make sure you're getting enough water!

I think this is what I have been experiencing this weekend. I'm 20w6d today. I didn't have this with my first, but since there's no bleeding, I figure it's ok. I've tried increasing my water intake to see if it helps. I've also had headaches all weekend. Took by BP tho and it's low-average.

Cramps can be a sign of round ligament pain my doc told me about this. She said as long as you don't have any bleeding
