Feeling like you just "know" your pregnant

Im currently 8 dpo and swear that i know im pregnant. This indescribable feeling in my stomich is fimilar , like with my first(MC @ 7 weeks sadly.) But i rember the morning sickness and always having an empty feeling in my stomich. And these last few days ive been so tired . im ethier stuffing my face or feeling like im gping to toss my cookies.. Test was taken this morning after i caved lol. Maybe a vvfl ?
