Sooo... I need some insight.

So. I had sex two weeks ago. The condom all the way broke during sex, we didn't notice until he pulled it off after going inside me. I had a "period" last week after being 2 weeks late. I put it in quotes because it was nasty dark brown blood. It wasn't very thin either. It was like clumpy brown discharge stuff. I had the worst pain, so I thought oh lord what if this is a cyst. I only had pain for a few hours the first day. Fast forward to today, I haven't been worried about pregnancy etc etc. Well I go to the bathroom at work, wipe, have some spotting. Absolutely nothing since. Not a spot. I had some mild cramping this morning. Is there any way that I had implantation bleeding today and my "period" wasn't actually a period? When pregnant with my son I had the exact same spotting 13 days after. If so when can I test?
