anybody use progesterone creme?

I am on progesterone 200mg pill after 3 miscarriages this year now on 4th pregnancy and I am 5 weeks along I've watched a lot of videos saying progesterone creme is much better than pill just wondering yalls opinion and if anyone has been using pill or creme?

The pills will do the job. U don't wanna change it up & risk it unless switching to suppositories. I would use a dab of my own cream daily to go w pills Bc I was paranoid...

Are you swallowing the pills or using suppositories? And you're talking the cream you put on your skin not the one you insert up? The swallowing pills are not as effective as the suppositories. You can also get the suppositories in a gel/cream that you insert. The cream on your skin is not effective. Fertility specialists don't use it, usually menopausal women do. The majority of fertility specialists also typically don't use the pills you swallow either. They recommend suppositories or better yet intramuscular injections which is what I used
