Cravings?!
Sooo.. I started my weight loss journey the beginning of November and lost 10 lbs but then i kind of stopped in December, well about 2 weeks ago I got back on my health kick and started working out again. My food ranges on what I eat but the only thing I drink is water and Maybe a cup of milk a week. But for some reason I cannot curb my cravings..I could do it before but now it seems like everything tempts me then I cave in, then feel like crap and guilty😞 does anyone have any ideas on what could help that won't cost me a fortune??!?! Any input is greatly appreciated👍
