So we had family pictures today bc my sil came in town for her 30th bday. I am 21 weeks pregnant and have gestational hypertension so I get very swollen during pregnancies. I didn't want to take the pictures to begin with but it's what my mil wanted for Christmas so I sucked it up and went with it. The stupid photographer took our pictures from downhill and with us leaning back on a bench. It was the absolute worse angle to shoot a swollen pregnant woman at. Everyone else she did on the ground standing above them or on the bench from above them. All I can do is cry when I look at our pictures. They are just terrible. I even look cross-eyed bc my eyes are so puffy. I'm annoyed that everyone else got a ton of poses and she did 1 with us with our kids and one without but we had to pay the same amount as everyone else who got like 10 different pictures with spouses and kids. It doesn't help that I'm a photog so I spot all kinds of stuff. Our pic from today and a pic from last week...
