Am I fat?

I want your honest answers. No I'm not attention seeking. I just need to know.

My husband always gets so upset when I say that I'm fat. It's not a judgement on myself, it's just a fact. I'm a big, gorgeous, brilliant woman, and my body grew my daughter, and is hosting my second baby currently. Society can bite me. I am trying to do things that are healthy, and I am pretty active, but being skinny takes all my time if that's what I decide to be. I'm going to live a healthy, active lifestyle, and not worry about what number my clothes say. You're gorgeous, and yes there's a little extra fat there, but that's not what defines you.

No. Just got a little extra but ya know what? So do I. And there's literally absolutely nothing wrong with that. As long as you're healthy it's totally fine to be bigger than what society considers you be thin.

I think this is  only an answer you can complete . Everyone's definition of "fat" is different. If you feel your fat then change it. If you're happy then you're happy. No matter what some people will think you're fat or for others  too thin. It matters that you feel happy in your skin. I feel fat and I'm not happy with my body right now. But many people think I look fine. But I wanna change my body so I am working towards my goals

Look at it more as being fit and healthy vs unfit and unhealthy. I can say personally when im fit and in the recommended weight for my height i feel energetic and flexible and just overall well and fit. You dont have to go by looks go by feeling and also numbers. Webmd.com has a section to help people be as fit as possible and it will ask your height and weight and other info and then will tell you if your classified as underweight,  average weight,  overweight,  or obese. Looking at shape is silly becuz body builders are big and broad but feel fit and are generally speaking healthy i say go by the numbers and the body feeling you get.

I feel fat...a little less everyday but I'm ok...actually I'm great and i look great..feel great...lol my weight is regulating ( going back to preggo weight)  I'm patient because i just had a baby and I'm healthy

You are not fat...you might have a little bit more then some girls..but there are others who are bigger...but it doesn't matter...I bet you are still beautiful.
