loss of appetite?

Question

I'm 2w1d PP and have absolutely 0 appetite. I had a C-section and thought that if I cut back on my pain meds that would help. I'm completely off them now (don't need them of course)  but my appetite isn't back.
I need to keep a breast milk supply up since I'm exclusively pumping, but I just DO NOT want to eat. I have to make myself, but I just don't feel like it at all. any one else have this problem? How do I overcome this?

I'll be 3 weeks pp on Thursday and am slowly getting an appetite back. I thought I'd be starving all the time especially breastfeeding but I'm not. And I even get a stomach ache after eating every time. It's slowly getting better. So maybe it'll slowly get better for you too. You could always just call your drs office and ask a nurse or something if it's normal

I went through the same thing baby is now 6 weeks and things are getting better. Your so tired your body doesn't want to eat but now that I have things more in control I am getting my appetite back.

Exact same boat.. except I didn't have a c section.. I force myself to eat bc I am breasfeeding but I could go the whole day without eating :/
