My 3 weeks old baby farts a lot 😳

He was born at 35 weeks, was originally due December 19th, he's almost a month now and I'm exclusively breastfeeding, no formula at all! Also we're using probiotics drops called Biogaia the pediatrician prescribed. Is this normal? He keeps pushing the whole time and farts soo much! Sometimes I think he's pooping so I wait for a bit to let him finish then I check the diaper and it's clean! I also help him burp every time after feeding, I'm i doing something wrong? Pediatrician says it's normal but I'm not sure anymore! :/
