pregnancy risk???

I had sex for the first time a couple weeks ago and he did NOT go all the way in, he did not ejaculate, I did not orgasm, and It was a week before I was supposed to start ovulating. My periods are very irregular and I haven't had one in 43 days. I'm starting to worry... I can't get pregnant yet! Please help me! Am I at risk for being pregnant?
