First trimester sleeping position?

I'm a stomach reader and usually fall asleep in the same position...and then wake up in a completely different one. 💁🏽

Just wondering how others sleep/slept in the first trimester...I'm trying to get used to the left side (I heard it's ideal?) but am getting frustrated already. 💤

I was told once you get bigger or get a bus to not sleep on tour stomach or your back. Sleeping on your back can strangle the baby and sleeping on your stomach ,obviously crushing the baby.

Sleep however you want! What ever is comfortable, do it. I know lots of women who slept on their stomachs their whole pregnancy (i have no idea how) and despite what most people still believe, sleeping in your back is fine too. As long as there's no numbness or headaches, it's just fine.

I would fall asleep on either my right or left but I always ended up on my back, it was the most comfortable at the time

I had and I'm still having an awful time sleeping.  Go get a pregnancy pillow it really does help.
