Does fertility really helps couple to concieve? We just started our treatment and I have my first saline ultrasound tomorrow. After that I have some hormone test: i am sure lot depend on test results but I was just wondering if someone here has good news after getting this treatment done me and my husband ttc feom last three years but i never get pregnant😞
