I miscarried last week after being 4 weeks pregnant. Is it too early to start back trying?

16 months TTC & a miscarriage. PCOS & hypothyroid. I'm beginning to lose hope. You can tweak if you'd like but it's an absolute negative. I'm 4 days late and now I'm ready to give up. Deployment is coming anyways. The negative results are discouraging.
