question about semen analysis

So we got my husbands results back and they consider 20 million sperm "normal" and my husbands was 110 million! That's awesome, but they want the percentage of morphology to be at 14% and husbands was 7%. The nurse told me that percentage is based off of the "20 million range" and since his number of 110 million is so much higher than that, it makes the morphology percentage go lower, but to still consider it normal. The nurse also said that the doctor would refer us to a urologist to fix the problem, but she advised us it was a waste of money because the numbers for morphology are only lower due to the high number of sperm. I'm kind of torn between what we should do! Does anyone have any input?
