How much sex is too much or too little?

Ok so are you supposed to have sex every day of your fertile window? I keep hearing different things. If you have sex everyday, sperm is affected somehow and it may lower the chances. But I also hear that you SHOULD have sex every day. I really want this to work and I don't know what to do!!

From what I've gathered over the last few years: if his sperm count is low, every other day. If it's normal, everyday.

At least every other day, and everyday doesn't really change anything. We BD every other day from CD 9 on and once my OPK starts getting darker we BD everyday until 3 days past.

Every day or every other day is fine. Sperm live inside you for a bit, so more than that is not necessary.
