Weight gain??

Any of you ladies gained weight during the first few weeks of your pregnancy?? I just stepped on the scale and fully broke down into tears! 😭 I think I gained 4-5 lbs so far! I'm sure it's water weight but still... it put me in the 170s and I am NOT happy. I couldn't believe the number I saw. I'm now dedicated to eating healthy and working out as much as possible to have a healthy pregnancy.

Yes I've gained weight! Only a few but I've gained 18 pounds total since my wedding because after restricting for a year and a half I lost control and now I regret it. Ugh I feel like I'm stuck now because I'm obviously not going to calorie restrict during pregnancy and it's really hard for me to lose weight any other way.😭

We just need to be more conscious that what we are eating our babies are eating!!! I'm definitely going to get back into the healthy lifestyle!

Omg I feel so bad, guilty, and ashamed. Plus it been my birthday, Halloween, thanksgiving, family birthdays, and holiday parties and everyone always used to patronize me for being on a diet and I let loose and this is what happens! 😭😩

Me too!! I have crazy bloating and constipation so I'm going to attribute it to that. I'm definitely going to eat healthier starting now though!!

Same here! I'm usually around 165.. I stepped in today and it was 169.. pushing 170. I was like ummm what? It's very possible that it's water weight. I've also have eaten like complete crap this weekend though 😔 I'm just hungry. 😑 Trying drinking lots of water.

I go to Crossfit. I don't have the energy to go as hard as I used to, I just move slowly. Hey at least I'm moving!! I'm just scared I'm gaining weight too fast. 😣

I'm also trying to get in 30 mins of cardio at least 4 times a week. I used to be an avid gym goer but scared to lift weights. I'm so fatigued though and sleepy. I'm 5 weeks 2 days.
