OpTrying to conceive

I've been trying to conceive since July . I've had an abortion in March of this year . I just feel like I wont be able to have kids anymore I really regret what I did 😥 . Do you guys think I'll be able to conceive again ? I try to check my cervical mucus but it's hard . Does anyone have any insight ?
