Boy or girl? Interesting story - you might be able to choose naturally... 👦👧

Andrea • Got my first BFP at 14dpo (vvvfl 🔝) on cycle #2 for baby #1. Baby is due on October 6th 2017! ❤
I was talking to this lady at my gym this morning - she's an OBGYN. She said when she was in med school, there was an interesting study in her books that said high stress makes women have girls and lower stress makes it a boy. Here is the explanation: in times of war, men would be sent to to fight (and die a lot of the times) and the women many times were left behind pregnant. There's a chemistry that happens in the body when there's highly stressful situations and (the woman is pregnant) the body makes sure the baby is a girl so she will eventually be able to procriate later as well (to increase the population). So it's one of those human adaptations theory. And It has been proven. My fiancé was sitting there and listening and he said "That's it! You're going to yoga later". Lol he wants a boy and I hope for a girl. I thought I'd share this with you guys. Baby dust on all of us TTC.
