Has anyone check their cervix to see if they are pregnant? What should you look for?

Cervix checking actually isn't a very good way to tell. Some women are well into their pregnancies before their cervix rises up and gets soft. Like 7-8 weeks along. Your cervix can change quickly, like one hour to the next. It's really only good for checking to see if you are ovulating.

I read it will tend to be high but it takes some longer than others so not always a good indication.
