Is it ok to lose weight while pregnant? Low carb not No carb!
I just found out yesterday that I am almost 5 weeks pregnant and I am over weight. I was on a low carb diet, and want to continue on it as I feel wonderful since doing it. I do eat carbs, but they're mostly from veggies and low sugar fruits. I just want to keep pasta and bread, etc... out of my diet. Anyone doing this?
