hemorrhoids tmi read

So I think I have a hemorrhoid, from what I've read this seems to fairly common in pregnancy. I was using the restroom and realized I had swelling on my bottom between my vaginal area and anus. It doesn't hurt or do I barely notice it, just uncomfortable having swelling right there. Will this go away on its own? Should I call my doctor? I'm not really sure what to do about this. Has anyone else had this happen or something similar?
