pump or sleep?

My one week old is starting to sleep 5-6 hours in the night. I'm wondering if I can sleep or if I need to pump? I'm concerned about my supply decreasing.

At 1 week, I continued to wake and feed every 4 hours at least At our 2 week appointment, we were 'okayed' to let her sleep longer at night as long as she ate enough during the day.  
If you haven't already, I would check with pediatrician if you should be waking your LO still =).  
If dr. is fine, I would wake to pump, because your supply is still getting established at only 1 week!

I would sleep. I've never pumped in the night and had no issues. We are nearly 4 months in now EBF and have never had worries about supply. 
I pumped once a day just to build up  a stash.

Be careful of getting mastitis! I'm a recurring mastitis fighter lol and I got it twice due to sleeping and not pumping cause my big guy slept 5 hours at 4 weeks. Also I agree it could decrease supply and you want to keep that up!

If your baby is struggling to regain their birthweight I would wake them up to eat. My daughter was sleeping longer stretches at that age but wasn't gaining enough weight. It was a drag but now at 4 weeks we are doing fine.
