Period tracking question

Hi. I am on bc now before I get married next week but I am supposed to have a period right smack dab in the middle of our honeymoon so my dr told me to skip my inactive pills and just skip my period for this month. I have cysts on my right ovary so I am used to doing this. I was wondering how I should input this into glow bc after that pack runs out we are going to start TTC and I want to track ovulation correctly. Thanks!
