I can't poop

I've been very very lucky this pregnancy without any morning sickness but think I am paying for that with constipation!!! I feel I need to go but nothing is budging. Freaked myself out this morning as managed to squeeze out a tiny bit 🙈 but when I wiped it was red boood, thought it had come from my vagina!
