I NEED ADVICE!!!

My OB gave me 4 options on trying to conceive. We don't know what to do. The surgery will be to check if I have endometriosis / and to see if my tubes are open or blocked. Money's no issue k just need advice on what to do. Please feel free to comment, or vote. Thanks!
