I want to donate on this Christmas to celebrate my son's first Christmas. I know there are a lot of organizations but I don't know which is legit or not. I am not religious I just want to help people. Any recommendations?

The Ronald McDonald one (don't remember the exact name). A friend had a baby with heart problems that required extensive hospital stays & a couple surgeries. Without that foundation she wouldn't be alive today.
