Hey girls. So the past year my period has been super painful especially the first few days and it lasts 7 days. I know my body and I feel diffrent this time. My period has started 1 day earlier(which is probably nothing) but it came with no cramps at all whatsoever. Guys my last period came with so much pain I couldn't get out bed so I'm telling you the difference is dramatic! I do feel nauseous on and of (that's normal for me too, during AF) . I'm not spotting, it's a period but much lighter than usual. I'm on day 4 and I'm basically spotting. 1 pad could last me the whole entire day.(I change it of course anyway) . I'm not complaining at all it's amazing but I know my body and I know it's not normal for me so anyone please help me!
