EVEN IF YOU DON'T HAVE THIS ONE- how bad are the post-insertion cramps supposed to be and how long do they last?! I get incredibly painful cramping at night, but I'm fine the rest of the day. Ibuprofen doesn't help whatsoever, but extra strength Tylenol usually helps...
