I'm 37 weeks 5 days and my ass hole has been burning the last few days! Its really intense after a poop. Is this likely hemorrhoids?

Could be. Do you have any swelling or odd lumps on your butthole? Try using Vaseline, prep H or even Aquaohor to soothe any discomfort on the area and as hard as it is, try to not strain.
