court for custody ADVICE!

I will be soon going to a mediator for custody of my 1 year old son. I just wanted to see how many of you mommas actually been through it and what type of evidence, documents, etc did you take along. I am going for full custody, my sons father hasn't seen him since June 5th. He has never supplied anything, he has threatened before, has warrants, no license, and has not even texted me since his birthday (which was September 10th) where he denied to come see him because he did not want to come to my house. So I just want to know if you mommas think I have a great chance of getting full custody and what evidence should I take and would help?!
