TWW! Tested at 10 DPO got negative :( Hurting boobs and light cramping.

I tested today and I got a negative pregnancy test. I am 10 DPO. The past two days I have experienced very sore breasts and my nipples are extremely sensitive!! My breasts never have hurt like this. I do not experience my breasts hurting any time durning my cycle or period. Yesterday over night my face broke out and that never happens not even on my period. I have been really tired and sick feeling. I also started having light cramps on my left side and lower back pain only an hour or two today. My period isn't due till Sunday the 18th it is now the 14th.
