How do you keep your baby warm when they sleep on their crib or co-sleep?

My baby sleeps in her crib and I'm always trying to figure out how to keep her warm without worrying about SIDS. Like earlier i left her in my bed while she was taking a nap I went to the kitchen and I heard her crying she had the blanket in her face and I ran took it off. FTM i can't stop thinking about it I hate myself for this. I'm a horrible mother. I can't believe it. I'm glad & thankful I came fast. I just can't stop thinking about it 😢😰. My baby is around 3 MO I notice she moves more and pulls things.

Anything that can help me improve how to keep her warm and just safe. I can't even sleep just thinking of what could of happend 😢

I use a sleeping bag I started using it from 4 wks old so long as they don't slide down in it there perfectly fine and u have nothing to worry about and no extra blankets needed I use a 2.5tog in this weather , my baby started using it when he was only 6ibs

I turned up the heat a little and put warm pajamas on him. Sometimes I swaddle his legs only with a light receiving blanket. I have a perfect one that wraps perfect and doesn't come loose when he wiggles.

I am using a sleeping bag. I start using one since he was 2MO, he is now 6. I am very happy with it, he can not pull any blanket over/off him :D

Don't let her nap in your bed. Put her in crib or bassinet w nothing but a fitted sheet. Then dress her in a sleep sack so it can't cover her face. No blankets, pillows, toys or stuffed animals in there w her. Your bed is too soft she needs a firm mattress.

Sleep sack. My baby has a Zipadeezip.  They make them in fleece if it's particularly cold where you live. I'm in Las Vegas so she has a light one and she wears a long sleeved onesie and pajama pants underneath.
