corpus luteum cyst?

Has anyone experienced a corpus luteum cyst with this pregnancy or any previously? My first pregnancy symptoms and throughout have been cramping and the worst have felt like they are by my right ovary. They come and go (with no bleeding or spotting) but I still wonder what's going on. My first ultrasound is tomorrow and hopefully they can check it at the same time. Anyone else having similar symptoms?
