Fell down the stairs

So I just fell down the stairs. I have no coordination!  I feel down the stairs when I was pregnant with my daughter but that is when I was 7-8 mo pregnant and had no balance. I'm assuming everything should be okay...right?  I'm 8wks. My wrist and my back are a little sore but overall just feel embarrassed. My daughter asked me "what are you doing mommy" and I said "I just fell down the stairs " she then said "you be careful mommy"....
