I think I lost my mucus plug?
So yesterday I went to Triage at my hospital because I was having frequent painless contractions and was there for a few hours and sent home. When I got there, I was a 2 and now I'm dilated to a 3 and 75% effaced. 
I'm at home now and am still having the frequent painless contractions but because I wasn't dilated enough last night I was never admitted. And this morning I think I lost my mucous plug. (Also! Two days ago I had my membranes stripped and I'm 39 weeks and 2 days). Do you think this is my mucous plug? FTM here and I'm nervous as heck!
