calculating DPO. Help!
I am not entirely sure what day I ovulated. I know my fertile window and I tracked my CM which seemed consistent for ovulation but I don't know the exact day.
Do you calculate DPO starting at the beginning of my fertile window or at the end. For example Dec 7 is 1DPO?
Ps. I have 2 fertility apps I log info in - Ovia and Glow :) Both had me pegged for the same fertile window.
