Pcos and pregnancy

kaitlyn
Hey everyone!
This is my first post so please let me know if this needs to go in a different group!
After a year of very irregular periods (only 3 occurred, one due to taking provera)
I was diagnosed with PCOS in October 2016. After losing 15lbs, I actually got my period in October and November without meds. both months it started on the 13th and lasted 6 days. But now in December, I'm two days late. I had the normal PMS symptoms: strong cramps, acne, increased appetite.
Is this my PCOS acting up again, or possible pregnancy? My husband and I have been trying since July with no success so I would love to be able to give him a surprise Christmas present!
