I have recently starting talking to my old friend from almost a decade ago, and he told me that he was molested while away in the army. He has not told many people and he told me in a drunken Facebook chat so he couldn't pretend it didn't happen.

I am not sure what to do about it. I told him I will keep his secret and that I was there to talk to if he needs someone to listen, then dropped it and changed the conversation. The problem is he keeps brining it up and says that he is embarrassed for telling me. I am trying not to pry and ask questions because truely I don't have any experience with the matter so I feel at a loss for what to do. Does anyone have any advice for me? I just want to help but I really don't want to make him uncomfortable.
