Pregnant

So I was wondering if there are any early signs of pregnancy....because my period is late and Idk what to do and I was sexually active a few weeks ago and the condom broke he didn't ejaculate anywhere near my vagina and he was still dry when the condom broke .am I over thinking/over reacting ..what should I do
