Postpartum cramping
I'm 12 weeks postpartum and for the past few days I've had consistent cramping. It isn't terribly painful, it feels like period cramping. I'm breastfeeding and my baby is nursing every 2 hours. Is it still likely that I'll get my period? Not sure what else the cramping could be from. I had a pelvic exam two weeks ago and everything was fine.
